Please read and understand the following rules regarding our on-line entry system.

1. We ONLY accept entries for events that we are listed on our Events page.

2. We charge a $2.50 non-refundable per entry processing fee for each entry in addition to the regular event entry fees show in the premium list. There is also an additional non-refundable charge for processing entries for other Secretaries. This fee will show up on your recap page.

3. Please note that we will not accept entries after the official closing date and time as stated in the premium list.

4. Make sure that ALL information, including credit card information, is accurate. Inaccurate information may delay or deny your entry. If your credit card information is not accurate your entry will not be processed.

5. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement once your credit card has been approved.

6. Once your entries have been submitted you cannot change them except by notifying us in writing. Normal changes in entries (i.e., move-ups) must be made with the event secretary at the event.

7. We strongly advise that you print a copy of your entry before proceeding to the payment page of our Web site. We will not be held responsible for errors and omissions on the entry forms. If you do find that you have entered any information in error, please contact us for instructions.

8. In the case of Field Trials and Hunt Tests, bitches who come in to season and therefore are not allowed on the grounds may receive a refund for their entries, depending on the individual hosting club’s rules. If refunds are granted, the processing fee will not be refunded.

9. When entering AKC events, please make sure that all appropriate titles are listed correctly. For more information on titles, go the the AKC web site, www.akc.org.

10. Our on-line entry system uses 256 bit encryption and SSL123 for protection of your credit card information. Please be aware that the Internet can present some risks for people using personal information on-line. New England Dog Event Services will protect your information once we receive it, but we cannot be held responsible for the security of your information before it reaches us.
